What does a scan actually check?
All 41 checks in one pass: SPF (including its real DNS lookup count), DKIM on every selector we can resolve, DMARC and how strong its policy actually is, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI, PTR — plus a blacklist pass across 34 lists on your domain and resolved sending IPs.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. All 15 tools run without an account, an email address, or a card. They use the same engine the paid monitor uses, so the answers do not differ.
What is the difference between the free tools and monitoring?
A tool answers the question once. Monitoring keeps asking on a schedule, notices when the answer changes, and tells you — with the fix attached. Most deliverability incidents start between manual checks.
How is billing handled?
PayPal, monthly or annual. Annual is 12 months for the price of 10. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time and changes are prorated.
Does my data train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train models. Vitals reads your own account data to answer your own questions, and nothing else.
Can I get a human?
Yes — deliverability consulting is available at a flat hourly rate with a scoped proposal within 24 hours.
