Short version: if the product did not do what we said it would, ask and you get your money back.
The free plan exists so you can decide first
One domain, the full scan engine, and Vitals’ diagnosis — free, with no card and no trial clock. We would rather you tested the product properly than bought it and asked for a refund.
When we refund
If the service did not work as described, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we refund immediately and do not count it against the 30 days.
Annual plans
Cancel an annual plan within 30 days for a full refund. After that, we refund the unused whole months on request.
Credit top-ups
Ask Vitals credit packs are refundable while unused. Once credits have been spent on chat messages, that portion is not refundable — the cost was incurred on your behalf.
How to ask
Email hello@mailvitals.com from the account address. No form, no retention call. Refunds return via PayPal to the original payment method, typically within five business days.
